What data we process and why

1. Contact form

If you fill in the form, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company and the content of your message for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is not used for marketing and is not passed on to third parties. Retention: for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and any working relationship that follows from it.

2. SEO analysis tool

The tool analyses the web address you enter. The URL analysed and the technical result may be recorded in the service logs to prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). No registration is required and no personal data is collected beyond the technical connection data.

3. Technical server logs

Like every website, the server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operational purposes. They are retained for the technical period set by the hosting provider and are not cross-referenced with other data.

4. Cookie-free statistics

We measure site usage in aggregate form and without cookies: we count visits per page and the referring site, without recording IP addresses or any visitor identifier. These counts cannot identify anyone — which is why they require no consent — and they stay on our own servers, without passing through third-party services.

What we DON'T do

  • No profiling cookies, no advertising tracking (see the cookie policy).
  • No transfer or sale of data to third parties.
  • No automatic newsletter: if one ever exists, it will be strictly opt-in.

Where the data is held

The site is hosted on servers within the European Union (Hostinger hosting). Emails travel through the domain's own mail systems.
